  • THE OPERA MOTHERFUCKING HOUSE

  • Does the part at 2:40 sound very familiar to anyone? ;)

And here's the clincher, it's not something they added in, it's been there since the original game's release, this arrangement just makes it glaringly apparent.

  • Does the part at 3:42 sound very familiar to anyone?

  • @tdark987 Pra mim a Bateria lembra One Winged Angel.

  • maybe you should post the lyrics on the description. you can find it on Final Fantasy Wiki with translations

  • Although I don't like the woman's voice (it doesn't fit Maria/Celes to me), I must admit that this rock arrangement is pretty amazing ! Another masterpiece from the Black Mages !

  • 5:11 sounds like Melodies of Life (IX).

  • the guitar/instrumental solo at the ending of this part is stunning...tbh the vocals kind of drag this piece down..they should've kept it strictly instrumental, although this is originally an opera.

  • There are some other FF6 songs that would be better suited on this album, but I think their decision was "Include two songs from FF6 or one long one to give it its fair share? ... Wait, haven't we been forgetting a song?"

The symphonic version is much better, much more fitting, but Uematsu knows quite well many consider this his opus. So, it's only natural for TBM to cover it.

And I think it fits just fine on a rock album. Are we forgetting Queen, Metallica and P-Model, people?

  • @tdark987

Yup, it can be heard again in Still More Fighting from FF VII. I've noticed the same thing! :D Pretty awesome, nevertheless :)

  • there is a 11 minute video limit on Youtube.

This is a 15 minute song.

    Do the math
