Chino Hills - Power Poles - Hope for the Hills

Frustrated Chino Hills residents express their concerns over the fact that SCE has erected 200ft 500kV power poles on top of their homes under the direction of the CPUC due to a State Mandated "Green Energy" plan. They talk about their feelings living under these Monsters that will deplete their homes values (estimated loss of $1.50 Billion - $2.5 Billion) they are unsightly (the city now looks like a Power Plant) and the health concerns of their families living under 500kV -- EMF's concerns.

I never had any warning ReVo and I have a view of a 265ft Monster from my kitchen, backyard deck and bedroom in Carbon Canyon. Ask Daddy to explain that to you and ME. BTW these poles aren't providing any energy to Chino Hills.

I wish everyone I spoke with could have made the cut onto the video so SCE & CPUC would know how many peoples lives are touched by this disaster they have inflicted on us. There’s nothing like looking into the eyes of a dad holding his baby worrying about the possible effects the EMF’s may have on his child or the eyes of senior citizens worrying their nest egg has just been depleted because they have a 200ft 500kV power pole in their backyard.

Strange thing is there are plenty of spaces for these poles to be put up in Chino Hills. It's a strange look when driving in the freeway.

i have a dad who works at edison u guys had a notice and warning in the mail and the warning when u bought the house ur fault

You have to see these towers to believe it- they loom over the city like no other power structures I've seen outside of the Ports or in a vacant area away from any neighborhoods. They cut a giant swatch through Chino Hills like a machete. When the lines go up, they'll obstruct the sky over the city because they're so high. It's amazing the State of California let this project get approved, but it's not too late- Governor Brown, please help Chino Hills prevent this disaster from happening.
