@Jman383 Orthodox men and women do not dance together.

Far too slow at the beginning. If I recall, our high school played at about 20 BPM faster than this. It added a lot more energy to the performance. Also, I don't like the percussion hits during the Bottle Dance. Also, the bottles look velcroed in place.

MY FAVORITE PART, IMPRESSIVE

We're doing Fiddler too, and the bottle dancers are using special hats to help them hold the bottles on their heads. They still can fall off though.

wow thats so fixed!!! we are doing this at our school and im one of the bottle dancers and we are actually doing it without anything!!
-
i have to do this at my school
-
us too. 16 shows, and only one fell and they were glass!!!! (he caught it though). We didn't even think about putting velcro on them to be honest!
-
we did that in our school without dropping the bottles for 3 nights without velcro. just the honest thing.
-
this is completley fake, they used either plastic bottles, velcro or both..
our schools was legit and we still did bettter.

just found out I'm doing this for my music theartre camp =S looks hard! lol
the only thing that bothers me is that the women don't dance with the men.... wasn't that a key element in the plot?

They're not. Yes, theyre dancing at the same time, but the women are in their circle, and the men are in theirs. What the plot means by "men and women dancing" is what you would think of like ball room dancing, or holding each other, to where it's intimate. I believe the belief is unmarried men and wome shouldn't dance that close with one another, it's almost like sleeping together before marriage. At least, that's what my take on it was.
