  • Les gave me this Video on a Dvd, and I wanted it to be a tribute to all of Buckacre. I hope I didn't hurt anyones feelings by putting this on YouTube, but I thought that there were people; out of the area that might appreciate the local talent that used to fill our Hearts with the Greatest Band of the Valley!!!! Les always Last Forever!!!!!!

  • Go Yankees!!!! Thanks for letting me post this Video!!!!!

  • Thanks Les, You guys were the BEST!!!! I can still feel that Circus Bar shaking under my feet!! Thanks Again!! Les you will always be in my heart-- NY Yankees:)))

  • o, what a treat! haven't seen these guys in over 30 years. they used to play at circus in spring valley allll the time. i spent many many weekends there from 1975 to 1977. saw 'em a few times at peoria venues, too. i wish "morning comes" was on cd... i'd buy it in a heartbeat!! i already have "crossing paths" but it's just not the same. awesome band!

  • I could send You the Audio files from Morning Comes If you want, let me know!!

  • Do anyone know how I can get this CD in Japan ? I tried iTunes music store via online, but it was not there.

  • I don't think that there was a CD made of their albums - I do have all the sound files on my hard drive if u wan't to get back to with me we can figure a way i can get them to you

  • I used to go and listen to these every weekend back when I was in high school and not even old enough to be in a bar. But back then it was easy to make a fake ID. They were all so talented, and loved to hear them play. We had a lot of fun back then, and will always remember those times. I asked them to play at our Senior Day (Ottawa High School), and they made our day the best time. I was so sorry to hear that Les had passed away, he always had a smile on his face, a great guy!! RIP. DeeDee

Can I get the audio files? Pls. send toi wiedarw@hotmail.com THX!

  • The Guy on teh far left is Darrell Data. I just recently played two gigs with him a casino in the Seattle area. He is a great musician and a really good guy as well. It was fun to see him in htis video. He has gotten a bit grayer since then but he has a fantastic voice and can really play the guitar as well. Thanks for posting this. go Darrell!

  • Wow, Amazing, I thought I was the only person that remembers these guys. I have both Lp,s Beautiful Music. Simpler and better times. Thankyou So Much for this.

  • Great old tune! It use to get airplay her in St. Louis in the 70's.

  • I remember seeing Buckacre in concert at St. Bede in the mid 70's. I was in Jr. high. Great band!!!! I'm glad I found them on youtube.

  • My favourite country/rock album of all time. This track and Dance Around the Campfire All Night the best tracks.Have had the vinyl album since about 1978 and a pity it is not available on CD.

  • Les's daughter is my aunt now!

  • Whatever happened to "Don't Be Blue Baby"? I think that was the name.
