"Behold ! Hail to the jewel in the lotus !" Music by Tibetan Incantation: The Meditative Sounds of Buddhists Chants CD.

Dedicated to The Enlightened Buddha named Prince Siddhartha born 500 B.C in Nepal to a ruling class family.

H.H. The Dalai Lama has provided just such an analysis. He concludes his discussion with this synopsis: "Thus the six syllables, Om Mani Padme Hum, mean that in dependence on the practice which is in indivisible union of method and wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech and mind into the pure body, speech, and mind of a Buddha." Filmed by a friend in Hawaii at a waterfall near a volcano.

The water represents the Long Stream of Life in the World of Samsara ! Samsara ( The Matrix ) is a life of illusion, attachment to people and objects, differentiation, craving, comparisons, arguments, contradictions, colour blindness, sensationalism, deception, gullibility and Ego-centric desires. Your attachment to worldly things. A fool's Gangsta paradise.

The following quotes and paragraphs below are a brief summary of Buddhism.

The mind is turbulent and hard to control. The mind does not like discipline and will resist your efforts to discipline it. It loves its freedom more than anything else, and will try to stand in your way to master it, in any way it can. It will cause you to forget, tempt you to postpone or make you feel too lazy. It will find many tricks to stop and disturb you, but you can and must be stronger. Put in the mind in its proper place, as your servant, and not as your boss and master. An uncontrolled mind is your "WORST" enemy. Learn to control it and at least find some peace. Eastern thought feels that life on Middle Earth fluctuates constantly. We are all living a mundane existence so do not be overwhelmed by brief moments of happiness or extreme sadness or tragedy. Impermanence of the highs and lows. May the force of " Prana " or " CHI " be with you always my young Apprentice or my young Yogi ! See following websites.

"Your greatest weapon is in your enemy's mind." ----Buddha

We are all in karmic debt. Law of karma in effect ! All phenomena exist as species of dependent arising--- dependent upon causes and conditions. Good or bad actions will repay in kind. What comes around goes around. One thing leads to another. Always perform your obligatory duties for the betterment of society regardless of the circumstances.

Be mindful of every thought you fake or bake, every step you take, and every breath you take. Protect the "nine gates" from addiction and lust entering the body. What are we exactly purifying ourselves of ? You name it. On the physical level, there's the residue of every unhealthy food we've ever eaten, muscular and even skeletal distortions caused by postural habits, compensatory movement patterns caused by injury, and maybe even some old tar hanging out in the lungs from back in the day. On the mental level, there are unhelpful attitudes, useless grudges, unforgiven parents or children or siblings or spouses, and grievances of all stripes. Then, once the major stuff is taken care of, then there's all that low-level mental disturbance to clean out: little anxieties, tape- looped thoughts, irritating phobias, and all the rest. To really cultivate tapas (spiritual suffering, mortification or austerity), we have to look at all of these things head-on. We have to put ourselves under the magnifying glass, and let the sunshine focus in and burn away everything we don't need. Joyful Effort. Obstacles make one become internally strong by facing external disharmony, valuable lessons on your evolutionary journey. Face the music and show some guts ! Talk is cheap your not a man prove it thru actions and deeds. The essence, mindset and qualities of a well balanced human being.

"The human mind refuses to surrender its inveterate habits and gross limitations, unless battered by
circumstances and brought into the disciplines of suffering. Comfort and coziness settle the mind in
lazy complacency. Stress and strain stir its powers; suffering and sorrow render it sensitive to the higher realities that never fail it. Pain and privation purify the heart, develop will-power and discipline the entire nature; they aid the mind examine itself, take an inventory of its resources, and establish a mastery over its own weaknesses."-
Swami Sivananda

Undisturbed calmness of mind is attained by cultivating friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and indifference toward the wicked. (The yoga sutras of Patanjali)

See things as they really are in the present moment !

May all sentient beings be free from suffering !
