This is a music video that I made right after Obama got elected in 2008. This video never ended up getting any air play. will.i.am was supposed to show up to this and be in it but he was not able to make it. As you can see, it is a cute video, but it is not quite up to broadcast par.

I am not a fan of Obama at all, I never was. I admit that it was weird as hell seeing people cry in the streets, acting like it was the greatest moment of their existence, when they saw him get elected (because of the color of his skin). I didn't understand the crying from the black neighbors next door in my rent controlled apartment with thin walls, I didn't understand how badly black people were hurting for a leader, a president with dark skin.

as much as I disagreed with the philosophy of this person that we elected to be our president, I have to admit that making this video gave me a strange feeling. It really messed with my mind. It made me feel good that people around me were happy for once over something. Make no mistake that all of this celebration is because of the man's skin color. It truly was a special time, when our country got its first black president. Well we have had it. And now lets move on.
