I live In California, the other day I was smoking a fat blunt at the park right by my house with 2 people that did not have their card. I was surprised when I turned around and there were two police officers right behind me a big cloud of indo right in their face. They asked me "Have you seen anyone selling drugs at the park?" I said "no." and they left and did their job, If you want police to be like police in California worldwide, beat the government with intelligence, vote, spread the word.
