The Terminator - Title Sequence (Movie Edit Pro 15)

I tried my hand at re-creating the opening title segment from The Terminator (1984) using Movie Edit Pro 15 and nothing more. It's certainly not perfect, and some spots such as the ending are certainly rough around the edges, but I'm fairly pleased with the results. The most aggravating part? Having to do the typewriter-effect the old fashioned way: Letter-by-letter!

Looks good to me! How'd you do it? Seems like you'd spell out both names then use the panning effect on each piece, then layer them together. Is that correct?

Yes, that's basically correct. I did it the painful way, putting one letter after another on the timeline so that they appear to be quickly spelled out. Then they fade away after they're spelled and stay on the screen for a second.

Yeah, it really grinds my gears. If someone doesn't like it, that's fine. But I would certainly love some feedback so that I can do a better job if I were to attempt it again.
