Like others have already said, that is a real electronic drum kit. The benefits of having an electric kit are many. One is that you don't upset neighbors and roommates.

So don't worry about him not having a real drum kit...he does.

Question: If you have the cymbals, why don't you use them?

@malikjordan88 you dont have to, an most of the time the cymbols aren't even hooked up to any pad. Rock band can only support 4 ports (1 port per pad) except with ions it can hold a pad an a cymbol port for the yellow, blue, and green. However if you wanted to do that here, you'd need a spliter coming out of the mudule. In other words the cymbols generally don't work on this game.

Only thing I don't get is why not buy a real drum set? I know it's more expensive, but come on, save up some more money and play the real deal. I think that would be a lot more impressive doing it without any flaws on the real thing rather than on a game. Good job either way. 30STM <3
