Yes, you could google this to find out the differences. Basically, Turkish style is more athletic and energetic, Egyptian style is more reserved. The Turkish style dancer throws her energy outward, the Egyptian dancer reserves her energy more.

Yes. I'm no expert, though. Turkish and Egyptian style are very different.
