Be sure to select the right drive (of your card) in HD tune for the testing.

@jumb0s @jumb0s doesn't work, it says the card cant have a partition. i formatted the card and it still didnt work.. im not sure

@canoeshoe Have you tried other testing programs? Maybe the card or the reader is broken..
