I do this daily as a part of my workout section. Its called GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day). I do it get gain quick mass. And guess what? I started seeing results after 1 week of starting. Basically, you need to have GOMAD for at least 1 or 2 months. And you are gonna be HUGE! This is really good for hard gainers.
