Our scary movie video assignment for school. Aaron did the awesome special fx for the demonic faces. It's reasonably short, but it's still fairly thorough in the story's idea and scares. While making it at Jeremy's farm, we encountered coyotes, extremely cold weather, a mysterious ringing phone from a dark shed, and a lot of darkness. It was pretty bad video-creating conditions, but we pulled through, and this is the end result. Enjoy!
THIS IS OUR FIRST SCARY MOVIE!

BUT, maybe I missed it after 4 viewings, there is somethin buggin me; maybe it was in a longer vers, but could've been resolved here w/ about 10 seconds of additional explanation
"They're only after me" WTF!? Why? How did he come to that conclusion!? There's no setup to this whatsoever and that resolution comes out of nowhere. 2:15 - could've HINTED at the cause w/o givin away details 4:16 - could've filled in the blanks left from 2:15
movies: never dwell on just one frame. do different takes for each scene so that in editing it looks like the camera is moving. this can work with 2 or more cameras too. This technique is used in many different films like "Saw" and TV shows like "NCIS" acting: if u want to make it big or get more jobs don't just sit around and dream about it. Look out for parts that are small to start with. For example: stage acting, adds, instructional/educational video, small screen, short wide screen etc.
Hey, it has been a while. I love the opening, its very professional. Very cool. Creepy. A bit short, and sometimes dark, but otherwise very interesting.
