It is interesting to see how the previous generation of eager young traders used to think about their careers sitting at a prop desk in a big bank like UBS. I have included this video as a reminder of what the world of easy money used to look like. That time is gone, gone just like the wind.

Thanks. Have you worked at an IB before? If so can you comment a bit about how far apart in reality the roles of these traders were kept from those who operated at different levels of the bank?
I think that the availability of easy money and high bonus culture likely blurred the lines across the bank's divisions. That might have contributed to the problems at UBS and other places.
