The most important thing México has to do in the next 10 years, before arming its soldiers it is to annihilate the corruption (bribe) and to nourrish the poor people, to create jobs, to develop the own technology,  to support the farmers etc. As a mexican I don't understand why many mexicans attack the "gringos" and on the another hand they dream to possess american weapons, that's stupid.
