Life As We Knew It

i just finished about 2 weeks ago. i give it a 10 out of 10

I'm reading this book right now. I'm at the part where gas is $9/gallon. I skimmed through the book and it goes from $5/ gallon to $75 for 5 gallons of gas or $15/gallon. I love how they tell what the gas prices are, where they get all the food they can, and the date. I hope this never happens in real life. This is my favorite book so far and i'm going to read the sequals when i'm done reading this book.

If you havn't read this book I suggest you read it.

I really think there should be a movie of this book. I love the part where they're trying to get all of the food they can. It was an intense scene and seemed realistic.

Yeah it was really good i enjoyed it just as much, but knowing what was going to happen (like the volcanoes, earthquakes,tsunamis and diseases) kinda took away the shock factor of it all... if i had read that the dead and the gone i think it would have had the same impact as life as we knew it did but since i understood what was going to happen it was just a matter of waiting for it to happen to alex, but overall YES its definitley worth the read..I loved it just the same :) ...wow i wrote a lot

Yeah I just finished reading it. Is like freaking AMAZING! I don't mean that like it's amazing I mean like the content is great and I read the whole book all at one O_o. I never read like that so it's odd :P. Yeah but I seriously think that this is gonna happen sometime and everyone has to get ready. The part in the book that I absolutely cannot stop thinking about is when Alex finds Brianna in the elevator. I just cannot imagine how shocked he must have been! I recommend this book to everyone!

oh i know that was SO sad...i dont want to even imagine myself finding someone i love that way... Yeah its intense i remember after reading life as we knew it for the first time i wanted to buy the whole supermarket and get a woods stove lol...The funny thing is that i know a puerto rican 17 year old whose birthday is in december living in NYC...i couldn't stop imagining him as the main character lol...but yeah i LOVE these kind of survival end of the world books =P
