SST also provides 1 on 1 Sessions for players aged 8 through 18. Our trainers will take one session to evaluate general strengths and weaknesses of your player and design a 6 week program for them to follow.This will include homework for the player to be doing in their own time to maximize the development in the 6 weeks of training. Without this work in the players own time development will be a lot slower, therefore these sessions are designed for the most dedicated of soccer players.

If you're a player who needs some extra work before the start of the new season, or maybe trying out for a new team and want to do some extra work on your skills in preparation, these sessions are ideal for you.

1 on 1 Sessions gives our trainers a better opportunity to fix technical problems your player may have, increase confidence on the ball in a positive nurturing environment.

Our students will concentrate of the following skill sets: Shooting and Finishing 1st Touch and Passing Dribbling and 1 v 1 moves Balance and Co-ordination Plyometric Strength, Speed and Agility
