i dont even listen to vampire weekend but the black lips sucked real bad before i saw the raconteurs. their a bunch of hipsters and that guitarist should take his grill off his teeth because he is a fool

According to Black Lips band members, Vampire Weekend is more punk than they are.
In this video Jared says the guys in Vampire Weekend are the kind of people that vote for George Bush.
In a Gigwise interview they said: "What really turned me off was all these bands who think they are so profound for saying 'oh we hate George Bush' -- that's such a cliché," explained the band's bassist Jared Swilley.
"It's more punk rock to say you like George Bush," replied Bradley."
