  • @RGH1967 No.

  • @heine71 Is that Ralph Emery voicing Edgar. I think he was the host of Nashville Now on the Old Nashville Network.

  • I remember seeing a few episodes of this show. It's nice to get to see it again!

  • I still remember misreading the title of the show as "Fongoul" when the show first premiered back when I was 7, lol.

  • That was a great show.

  • This game show is where I first heard of Bill Anderson. At the time I was a kid and knew nothing of his legendary career as a singer/songwriter. Jim Ed Brown was the same scenario...I only knew of him as the host of "You Can Be a Star" which also ran on TNN. Little did I know then that both of them were legends in country music. I used to watch this show, "You Can Be a Star", "Country Standard Time", "Nashville Now", "Crook and Chase", "Country Kitchen", and many others on the old TNN channel.

  • I used to watch this when I was 6. I am seeing it for the first time since I was a little girl. Thank you so much for posting!

  • @MyNephewIsTough This was a TNN Original and was dead long before The Sopranos was a twinkle in its creator's eyes.

  • Didn't this come on HBO right after The Sopranos?

  • Nope it was Bill Robinson.
