@asdlkjqwezxc To perform Shining Bind, you have to master all your skills and I think be over lvl 50 (i'm not too sure). The name of her set is what I believe to be the Golden Armor Set (found in EX dungeons on hard+). High level artes include Guardian Field, Demon Spear, Light Spear Cannon...Any skill (not spell) that's at the bottom pretty much. Hope it helped =D

Have done all Artests 50 times.
Enter overlimit-mode by pressing L and R > Do an high level artes > Hold X while doing that artests.
And done.
