AdventureQuest - Giftboxes 2009

I honestly don't like the gifts.
I mean, they are weak, bad looking, 'crappy' and they take up "too" much space (lol).

You know, I expected much and MUCH more from this years giftboxes like, every frostval has been good last years, Bunny Jammies, Anthracite coal armour and the shield + pet were

AWESOME, they had the best effects in my opinion even though I didn't get em.

But this year... I opened em and thought...this look a kind of gay (No offense to anyone!!!)

Dont forget that these gift boxes were more for mages than warriors and you are warrior

Well that might be true, but the armor doesn't get stronger that way.

Shadow Cloak beats it, and it's only 85.

And even if we count it as 105, then it's still wicked.

I think 2009 is better than 2008. Asguardian plate does slightly less damage than the armor. Pets no good at 0 CHA. But at 200 it can burn the monster. Spell is epic. Almost beat Shadow mistress elizabeth with it. Wep is ok. Can do extra damage on special. Shield is ok. The extra attack of the shield and armor is ok. I sold 2008 set in like august last year. lol.

lol the armor is a great ripoff you pay 800k for a noob armor i sold it and the shield too it takes too much mp for one shield attack =.=

Yup, you're totally right; the only bright side of the spell is the part where it has a chance of controlling the monster for 1 round.

But since it's only a chance that you probably shouldn't rely too much on, i'd say the people who didn't bought this didn't miss that much.
