@blaggard2007 I'd say it affects the sound more than the fretboard material. That 500 has a lot more output than the BB, it's pretty clearly audible that it almost breaks up the preamp sound in the first clean setting.

"More guitars should come with maple fretboards"... I've been saying that for years. This could be a very interesting middle ground between rosewood and regular maple. Dying to try one out!
