Japanese soldiers said that having sex yeahh give them power to fight .........

maybe someone should translate this kind of video and show it to the Japanese people.
speaking as a Chinese, i have many Japanese friends and my girlfriend is Japanese, they are all great, wonderful people.
i don't hate the Japanese people, but the government and some people of the nation's population needs to wake up, acknowledge and face their past, sincerely apologize and help bring peace to the world.

I can't forget or forgive until the Japanese government change their attitude towards the past.

I'm a filipina but I dont hate japs, history is history and wont go back never,

It is very decent of you to apologise. Of course, you have nothing to do with the shameful war crimes of Japan during WW2.
The shame of Japanese politicians prevents them from apologising for the past. Some even deny it. History is even selectively taught to Japanese school kids.
Is is refreshing to see someone of Japanese ancestry with such a humane mind. There are so many vile youtubers from Japan who leave disgusting comments on these videos.

It isn't your fault but it is good for you to admit to waht happened.

Why does this comment get thumb-ups?
Think about it.
forget and forgive are not equal.
If you'er not gonna forgive Japan, why do you need them to apologize?
If you want to know what Japanese government are thinking, do some reserch before you just state you hatered.
Post positive comments, people.
I'm a ordinary Jap, and feel sorry for the victims of Jap army.
But, I get mad if people are having the wrong idea like this guy.
Gizkoj, thank you for the apology, but it was not your fault. The sad thing is that, unlike the Germans, the Japanese government and corporations refuse to acknowledge the past or teach the truth to their children. There is a great deal to admire and celebrate about Japanese culture and history. WWII is not it.

True, it's not right to hate Japanese people as a whole for this. But no, what happened in the past does not remain in the past. It should be brought up in the present. Please, some comfort women are still alive and live in pain of this memory every day. Is it that hard for the Japanese government to acknowledge what is clearly visible to everyone else?
