The game actually ends at 58min but with fraps my pc drops the rate at 10 frames, so it's longer here. I play at half speed as you see in the beginning to have enough time to place buldings and to order units. I start with 40000 and 2 early cranes. Version 1.05. Scrin Brutal Turtle Defeat by one GDI Episode 1.

Whats the matter can't play on high while haveing fraps, yours settings are on very low. How ever i think its great that you are able to beat a Brutal army keep it up. As of this comment the latest patch is 1.08 no 1.05.

I defeat 4 brutals with 1.08 and 6 brutals with my friend. The key for 1.08 is to build a second or a 3rd command center to defend your base and firehawks to destroy the opponent super weapons. Even the seetings are at very low, if you make the video at 450x336 is OK. Mine is only 320x200. And you can't play with fraps. Click multiplayer->network and create game. Set in the rules the game speed at 1/3 or 1/4. At end you can save a replay. Load that replay with fraps.
