@altamuramarc Actually my mistake, I was referring to @THEZachRastall.
@Pokerstarsvevo, National League is the best league? Based on what if I may ask? Certainly not hitting. Pitching, maybe.
-
@altamuramarc. Learning from an ignorant person would just make me ignorant. You obviously are ignorant when it comes to baseball, so there's nothing for me to learn from you.
-
@nyyanksrdbest learn something about baseball so you actually come with a convincing argument.
-
@altamuramarc The only thing I learn from reading your comments is Stupidity. I don't listen to Stupids. Bye now.

@nyyanksrdbest read the comment below me and learn something

National League is the best league

@altamuramarc Don't listen to him then. If their theory is more saves = the best closer, then that means John Franco was better than Goose Gossage, Dennis Eckersly and Rollie Fingers, all of them are HOFers. Franco didn't even make it to a 2nd ballot.
-
@THEZachRastall Okay I'm not arguing that. And here's a fact, Yankee haters are the most jealous fans in all of sports.
-
@nyyanksrdbest Fact: New York fans are some of the biggest assholes in all of sports.

Wonder what the Padres are feeding their closers...
Hoffman was argueably one of the best ever, after he left Bell stepped right in and went on where Hoffman stopped and if/when he leaves Mike Adams will probably do the same thing.
Padres may be an average team, however probably the best wins per $ ratio in the league but basically you're only play 8 innings against them
3 best intro's in Baseball: Hoffman, Rivera and Rick Vaughn..lol

Please, Mo is the best closer ever.
He has the best ERA+ of all time, 3rd best WHIP in history ( best active ) and is the greatest playoffs closer ever.
The reason why Mo doesn't have as many saves is because he joined the MLB 2 years after Hoffman did and he wasn't even the closer until 97.
Mo > Hoffman
