Closing is where the rubber meets the road. Its about using all of your skills, believing you really deserve the business, and the complete inability to imagine losing the sale to your competitor or no decision. Its also about building and managing a healthy sales funnel that doesnt have you resorting to desperate discounting measures at the end of the month just to bring your numbers in.
