N^gger Prez's Zillionare staff invest in municipal bonds because they dont have to pay taxes on the interest as do most all the rich. In reality you will alway's be wasting tax payer's money! Stop? I hate to break this to you but the Democratic majority have already set in motion a chain of events that will lead to some hefty inflation.
