Katy Perry (Katy Hudson) sings Faith Won't Fail - Waking Up In Vegas

I was excited to see Katy Perry or Katy Hudson on American Idol season 8 two weeks ago. She was one of my favorite Christian Gospel singers back in 2002. At that time there were only three contestants left Kris Allen, Danny Gokey and Adam Lambert. On American Idol she sang her new song Waking Up in Vegas wearing a cape with Adam Lambert s name on the back which caused quite a stir. Katy has sang songs like I Kissed a Girl and Hot and Cold.

Here is the song I loved by in the day called Faith Won't Fail which is a great song of Faith.

I guess her faith did fail. Maybe someday her faith will come back, after all she was only 17 when she recorded this and not really tested when it comes to life. Perhaps in twenty years or so she will sing this song again...only sing it better, cuz really...it could be better. The arrangement that is, not her voice.
