Saturday January 21, 2012 finds us here in NE PA with a five inch snowfall. A great opportunity to video trains in the snow. Well the Delaware Lackawanna came through for me with two trains scheduled to leave Scranton ----- a Portland Turn, and a Scranton Propane Grain train. PT-98 goes to Portland, PA through the Delaware Water Gap interchanges with the NS, returns as the PT-97. The SPG mainly takes loaded grain hoppers to Mt Pocono to the grain mill there, and returns with empties. A most know the DL is ALCO powered!
