this defiantly was not random. everyone knew each other. it was rented out. the guy use to be hanging out at the victims houses, helping out with remodeling and everything.
he didnt just walk in and start shooting, they were celebrating a one year anniversary of one of the guys brothers deaths. shooter gets angry at his friends, decides to kill them. and not drugs, something else. restaurant had no money laundering going on.
