  • i would be anyone's friends no matter how they look!

  • That made me really cry...They are beautiful without the operation too...god help them..

  • I think Arifase is the one of lucky girl. According to this video, many one thousand children who needs surgeries. It means that many chidren may not having a chance at healing their symptoms, such as cleft palate. However, Arifase is so lucky that she was successful for her surguries. Thus, Arifase should treasure her own life and positvely communicate with the other pepole.

  • Amen! As the precious girl and her father sang, the Lord picks us up and hugs and kisses us. He takes wonderful care of us.

  • i cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

  • I think it's a really good project. Your sincere help makes those children who have the facial problems smiling. It is not only physical help but also emotional help. Im really happy for change of their life. They could hang out with other friends, could talk to others easily and could eat without any problem. Later, if I have a chance, Id like to volunteer.

  • i feel so bad about the other kids, but atleast some of them will get the sergery

  • She only had welfare, and a part time job while my father had left us. And she did everything she could to find me a surgeon and get me operated on A.S.A.P. Although the lip may of been an easy quick fix, my cleft pallet took 8 years of surgery as I continue to grow the hole that was patched in the roof of my mouth kept reopening. To this day I need 1 more surgery as I am done growing now and that hole will be finally closed for good. But I look at my birth defect as a gift, and thankful of it.

  • Glad she got taken care of. I too was a victim of this birth defect that I now look at more so like a gift of different appearance. Although I now look incredibly "normal" to the eye, the scars still show on my upper lip.

I had a worse case though then this girl. I had both a Double Cleft Lip(both sides of the upperlip practically had no lip at all), and a Cleft Pallet(No roof inside of mouth). My mother did everything she could to get me fixed within just the 1st 2 years of my life..

  • i even cried a bit!! great work doc . am so happy she can move on with her life now!! god bless all..
