@bankaininjav2 He is a Japanese American. Meaning, he's an American, who happens to be Japanese. Just like I'm a French-German American - an American who happens to be French-German.

The song is obviously sung in Japanese. "Hey, Kawaiiko-chan! Nani ryori shiteru?" is Japanese, and it translates to (roughly) "Hey, Cutie! What's cooking?" It's the Japanese version of the song.
