Back when MP_03 was first announced, there was a trailer on IGN that seemed to depict the final level of the original metroid, in like a blue schematics format, and it seemed to imply that mother brain would be the final boss of the trilogy. I was hyped. Fast forward to release and I get a mediocre Metroid game...the sadness. And then THIS thing? Bah.

The Aurora Units...

The Good Ones are more annoying than Navi from Ocarina of Time, always telling you obvious stuff and wasting your time with stupid fetch quests.

The Evil One is the most annoying Final Boss in the series, with 3 forms (counting Dark Samus) that you have to kill all in one go and if you screw up you have to start again all over.
