Groundbreaking Ceremony at St. Elizabeth's Hospital

The Department of Homeland Security held a groundbreaking ceremony at St. Elizabeth's Hospital to begin construction of the new consolidated headquarters. The new campus will unify the Department, save money and improve communication and coordination across the Department.
