@supremo502 i have this boat an it is awesome! its worth the money! heating is not an issue you get about 30 mins run time an by the time the battrys are dead they are warm... but its not like its gonna catch on fire i have been using mine for like a mounth an havnt had to replace anything. so idk why some ppl talk bad about this boat.

Don't buy this boat you will be sorry. This boat has major defects from the factory. The water scoop for the electronics cooling does not work properly causing you to burn up your speed controller within the first 100 yards if not taken care of before hand. If you want a great boat that is comparable to the speed of the spartan, has much better handling and control check out the Exceed Vyper racing boat. Fiberglass construction for half the price of the spartan!
