i'm on day 4! i don't really see any results from the salt water flush though.

what u did about the migraines? i want to do it =) but migraines worries me because i get them easily...u r an inspiration, really!! God bless you!!...also...do you have a list or where i can find the things i have to drink? i'm used to fast for the max of 3 days on just water...i do it every 6 months...help me please!! thanks =)

Why don't you tell us your starting weight don't understand what the secret about just saying you lost 5 pounds ?
also that's good your tongue is green it means your in detox so why are you so worried about it ?
And yeah your body will smell because it's getting rid of the toxin

weighing everyday can be a good thing to check your hydration, though...at this stage you are detoxing emotions too.

LOL...I've kept journals while fasting and then went back to read thru...it's like "what was I thinking...jeez!!!" A lot of forgotten trauma seems to surface. Weird...
