A report on the dedication of the biotoilet at the Cougar Rock Campground at Mount Rainier National Park. The high-tech toilet was donated by a Japanese environmental group, Groundwork Mishima, and installed in late August 2007 with the help of a Japanese volunteer group, the Japan Volunteers-in-Parks Association, that has been visiting Mount Rainier annually since 1993.
