Photographers amateur and professional, meet outside New Scotland Yard in London 16-2-2009, to exercise their rights to take photos on the streets of police officers and buildings in line with their work and hobbies. Section 76 of the Counter Terrorism Act, which has now become law, and could see photographers arrested for doing their job. Section 76 creates a new offence of eliciting, publishing or communicating information about the Armed Forces, intelligence services or police which may be of use to terrorists.
