A 3:28. Kevin Sutaree. He says he rode his motorcycle down to the area and walked around and there was nobody there. I have lots of news coverage from many networks, even ABCs that say there was nobody allowed within blocks of the complex immediately after the collapses. He is a fake actor giving a verifiable false story. I dont believe he shot that footage, he is the actor they gave it to. He did not ride his motorcycle to the area and start wandering the empty crime scene, hes lying.
