Juvet is NOT on this tune anywhere. Dennis Parker (aka Wade Nichols - the guy in the video) is the singer. Yes he does sound like a cross between Juvet and Barry Gibb on this tune.
It was produced, written and recorded in New York by Jacques Morali of Richie Family & Village People fame.

This bizarre clip features Dennis Parker, the late disco singer and soap opera actor from The Edge of Night. I was so shocked to learn he shot himself in the mid 80's a year after he learned he had AIDS.
