Job Done Tools are delighted to have Hattie Hasan from Stopcocks "on board" as our "resident" plumbing expert. Hattie's videos aim to help you with some of the standard plumbing problems you might experience around the house. So, instead of calling the 24 Hour Hotline for your nearest plumber, have a look at our Plumbing Help videos. If you have a specific query, ask Hattie and comment below. Stopcocks are a UK-wide team of women-only Plumbers and can be contacted through their website http://www.stopcocks.net. In this video, Hattie shows how to change a washer in a dripping tap. We welcome any feedback or suggestions for future "How-To" guides.
