This is my new track, it's my second ever attempt at some Trance/Dance kinda music.
The YouTube encoding makes it sound quite different so download the .mp3 here:
READ ON WHILST YOU LISTEN IF YOU ARE BORED:
I have spent time on mastering it and everything, it's got a catchy melody in the chorus and you should enjoy it. Unfortunately I couldn't record it straight outta FL Studio like I normally do because the song uses too much CPU so the audio is not perfectly synchronised. I couldn't even edit the song properly becuase Nexus killed off my CPU, I had to convert half of it to WAV and then do the rest of the song over the WAV file which became extremely annoying when I wanted to edit it. Anyways I used reFx Nexux for most of the synths and I used some reFx Vanguard as well and I used tons of effects in the mixer, TONS!, which is another reason why my computer kept lagging but without them the song would sound like crap. I tried fairly hard to master it correctly so I think it sounds reasonably good when it's louder than normal but blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah. If you have read all the way down here then you will realise that I have just written anything so that people will listen to my song, but no seriously wait for the chorus at least.
strange i never had nexus once tax my cpu before. syntrus on the other hand was taxing the hell out of my e8400@4.0ghz when i used the orchestra presents, whice i found strange.
well i enjoyed the song.nice work here. i like watching other people do different styles of music.i use this type of stuff as a learning experience and i learned plenty right here :P

Yeah, it only happens when I turn on the multithreading option. It turns out FL Studio multithreading is only good for Dual Cores, I have a Quad.
I have to switch the FL.exe process to run on a single core and uncheck the multithreading option in the Audio settings in FL Studio, then it's smooth as anything.
Anyways, I'm glad you gained something from my vid, that's what I like to see.

Well, it's been 5 years since I first started using it but it's not been one of my top priorities over those 5 years.
There have also been lots of times where I haven't touched it for months on end.
I would say I've only used it for about 2 - 3 years out of those 5 years.
