-Same, just walk further in
-teleporter room in the house in Vasserbunde
-Font of Putrescence Spirit Forge
-Area blocked by stone pillar (south of Coorhagen)

Note: The last house I entered is the Shrine of Repel. I just had to cut it off there because it was getting over the time limit.

That and he looks a bit like Verminous Scum from Captain Planet.

Apparently the designers made the victims chained to the walls as annoying as possible to make it even harder to resist putting an eternal end to their maddening, aggravating yelps for aid.
