Old Wave wasn't banned in the U.S. Believe it or not, Ringo couldn't get a record deal in the U.S. so RCA released the album in Canada.

Joe Walsh & RIngo make an excellent pair as this lp and Ringo's latest "Y Not" prove. I hope they continue working together. On another note, it still bewilders me that OLD WAVE did not even see a U.S. release back in 1983. Only those who still kept hanging on to all those Ex- Beatle releases were in the know. Thanks for this post!
