  • That is great. How many hours do you have in it at this stage?

  • I should think about 60 to 70 hours, for the two.

    To the finished stage about 100 to 120 hours.

    A lot of that was getting the materials. These were built from scrap, so had to have a lot of machining just to get the basic building blocks. The cylinders were made out of old window sash weights.

  • Very nice, how long did it take to built?

  • At this stage about six weeks, I was designing and building two at the same time. Total time for two complete engines, about nine weeks.

  • This is only the basic engine, there is one that shows it finished except for paint.
