I turned around to see him. I heard stories about him and saw pictures of him from Maya; Alexis' EX boyfriend. When I was away, Alexis still talked to Maya as we were on tour and she was head over heels for this mystery boy. One day I remember Maya getting a call from Alexis of her crying; and saying he cheated on her; with her ex best friend.

I saw him kissing and flirting with his supposed girlfriend. I turned around facing Alexis and she was about to burst into tears. I got up and picked up her bag and walked her to the door.

"Alexis??? (Alexis turned around) Oh wow, you got hot." I heard a voice behind me.
"Excuse me, James, your girlfriend right here!" A girl right next to him said.
"Not right now Laura, me and Alexis have some catching up to do." I saw him put a smirk on his face.

I turned around facing the couple. The girl; Laura I guess, gasped as she saw my face. I stared at James;

"No, you guys don't have to catch up, now move it."
"Who the hell are you, talking to me like that; you're not even good, "Mr. Famous Nick Jonas"."

Without even saying a word I punched him the nose, as he cried on the floor.

"Don't try standing up for yourself, if you're a little wussy."

I took Alexis to my car and left, I turned my head to her as she looked out the window. Should I talk to her...?

"Alexis...?"
"Mmm..."
"You okay?"
"Yeah..."

I drove to the side of the road and stopped the car. I turned to her as she faced me and looked at me confused.

Alexis' POV

"I'm sorry if you didn't want me to do that." He said to me as he looked down.
"Noo, don't be sorry, you did something right" I put on a weak smile.

It was complete silence so, I turned the radio on, and went to my favorite radio station, I turned the volume up, as Nick sighed and continued driving.

(The DJ)
"Hello Sunny California, this is DJ Reggie and I want you to hear this song by a fan who sent us a song from her singing. Its off the hoooookkk! Its called Next to You by Alexis Johnson."

I gasped as I hurried to turn off the radio. He looked at me and turned it back on. I sank into my chair as the music started. The song was about him; I sent it to the radio station as they were looking for new songs to play, I recorded the song with Janelle in the background, I made long time ago; and now they play it, I couldn't let him hear it, I closed my eyes as the music started, how would it be just the timing when we're both in the same car.

(Music starts)

He turned off the radio and stopped the car, we were in front of my house by that time. -Complete Silence-
I couldn't stand this, I ran out of the car without saying a single word, and walked into my house, without even saying goodbye. I fell onto my bed as I cried onto my bed, making a fool out of myself in front of him.
