A complete destruction of Iraq/Iran would avenge 9/11 victims how? If I lost a family member in 9/11 I definitely wouldn't want the same being done in another nation, just because a few radical people decided to attack. This is a war on terrorism and it cannot be fought like any previous war, senseless bombings only creates more terrorists and more anti-American sentiment. Being the bigger terrorist doesn't work in this case.

Good gravy! Carpet bombing then sending in troops to finish off an enemy is obsolete! Sending in the platoons into a bombarded area will give the enemy a chance to spot and then snipe allies as opponents rise from their bunkers.
