Dr. Emery outlines a series of steps for activating the intuitive mind. These include framing the problem, centering, relaxing, receiving imagery, interpreting the imagery and taking action. She also enumerates the positive and negative emotional factors that can interfere with the intuitive process. She suggests specific exercises for determining whether such obstacles are causing distortions.
Marcia Emery, Ph.D., is adjunct professor at the Masters in Management program of Aquinas College. She is author of Dr. Marcia Emery's Intuition Workbook.
If one hasn't experienced the "knowing" accompanied by the intuitive thought ~they I feel they are only experiencing things egoistically - If one wishes to become congruent with their thoughts , they first need to spend alone time to really Know themselves. Once they do, the "knowing" becomes more evident and the mystery falls away.

that is a bit of a cop out, if you say that your intuitive mind was wrong it wasnt your intuitive mind. I wonder how we know if it is our intuitive mind? All a bit vague and unproveable.
