This extra is from footage shot during the filming of "Return to PrairyErth." The film tells the story of Heat-Moon's return to the tallgrass prairie nearly 20 years after his book, "PrairyErth" was released. Heat-Moon sees that Chase County is now one of the most environmentally advanced regions in the country and we hear the story of how people came together to save the prairie.

Director and Cinematographer, John O'Hara takes you on a journey through one of the beautiful and little known places on earth, the tall grass prairie in Kansas.
