Nissan once stated it's a descendant of the GTR, but all together not the same as the Skyline GTR series. Hence, the name "Nissan GT-R" because this model drops the "Skyline" badge. The R35 is actually the chassis code.

same i saw it in front of ford dealer i think. it looked soooo nice. I think i almost cried when i saw it. definately have to see this car in real life to capture its beauty =P

Yeah, all these German and Italian carlovers can't handle the humiliation! =P The GT-R cost you € 76000 and a Ferrari 430 cost you € 210000 and it is 33 seconds slower than the GT-R on Nurburgring. The car has all the aspects of a race car and a normal car. Check my latest comment ;)
